These Terms govern your use of the trip planning and booking service of vanguadhorizon.com, LLC, EDRPOU 27373544, 4 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine.

Booking and Service

We disclose our identity, registration status and the terms of the tourist service before you contract, as required by Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' of 15 September 1995. Full legal name, registration ID, location and contact email are published under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015. All material terms, total price and cancellation rules are shown before you confirm a booking.

Your Obligations

You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and not misuse the platform. You are responsible for reviewing booking details and complying with travel document requirements.

Liability

We are liable as required by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' of 10 June 2023. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, but we will assist with complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution.

Data and Cookies

We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 3621-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 25 October 2022, with a lawful basis, privacy notice and data-subject rights. Any advertising is truthful and identifiable under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' of 3 July 1996.
