The planning fee is charged once per traveller. Tickets, visas, insurance, alcohol and nightlife arrangements are never part of a plan.

Section 05 / Exclusions
The planning fee covers the itinerary, transport research, sleep options, group budgeting and day-of support. Four things stay outside every plan, so you book them directly and keep control of the receipt.
We are an independent trip organiser, not a festival, and we are not affiliated with any event. Every ticket, pass and gate fee is bought by you from the official seller, in your own name.
Entry rules, residence permits and any consular fee are country matters, not trip matters. We flag deadlines in the timeline so you apply on time, but we cannot file for you.
A plan assumes each traveller carries their own policy. We list the dates and the group split so your insurer sees the right trip window, and that is where our part ends.
No bar bookings, no bottle service, no after-hours transport. We plan the daytime and the route home, and every plan is written for travellers aged 18 and over.

Tell us where you are travelling from, which festival you are aiming for, your dates and how many people are coming. You get a time-blocked plan, transport legs between stages and hostels, and a cost per person you can show the group before anyone commits.
