Section 01 / Navigation
Section 01 / How it works
You tell us your city, the festival and the dates once. We plan the travel, the nights, the transfers and the group budget, then a person reviews the plan before it reaches you.
Must be 18+ to participate. We are an independent trip organiser, not a festival, and we do not sell tickets.
Section 03 / Planning steps
No accounts and no long forms. You describe the trip, we draft the plan, and a person checks it before anything is final. Total price is shown before any confirmation step.
Origin city, festival, travel dates, group size and a rough budget per person. One short prompt is enough. Extra notes about transport, tent or hotel, and shared costs are welcome.
You get a day-by-day outline with travel legs, arrival windows, a place to stay, a cost split per person, and a checklist of what to book in what order.
A trip organiser reads the draft, fixes weak connections and unrealistic budgets, then sends the final version for your group to approve.
We are an independent trip organiser, not a festival. Nothing is booked automatically, and a plan never includes tickets, visas, insurance, alcohol or nightlife arrangements. Read how human review works, or check what a plan costs.
Section 03 / What is not in a plan
Your fee pays for route research, budget modelling, group scheduling and a human check of the finished document. Everything listed here stays in your own hands and under your own name.
We are an independent trip organiser, not a festival, and we do not sell tickets or wristbands on behalf of any event. See what the planning fee covers.
Section 05 / Human review
The itinerary is drafted from your group's own answers, then a planner walks through it line by line. Nothing reaches you straight out of the tool.
Arrival windows, station to accommodation, and the gap between the last set and the first train home are checked against the way your group actually travels.
Costs are added up again for the number of people you listed, per person, in the currency you picked. A plan that only works for twelve people gets rewritten for seven.
Must be 18+ to participate. The reviewer adds entry rules, transport passes and on-site notes that apply to your city and your dates.
You receive the reviewed plan with a short note on what was changed and why, usually within one working day of the draft.
Section 06 / Plan my trip
Tell us your origin, the festival, your dates, group size and budget. We are an independent trip organiser, not a festival organiser, and we do not sell tickets. A human planner reviews every route, transfer and cost before the plan reaches you.
Must be 18+ to participate.
Total price including the planning fee and applicable taxes is shown before any confirmation step. Visas, insurance and nightlife arrangements are not part of a plan.
